Ripley turned 1 year old on March 19. He is a Lab cross. He loves sniffing and playing fetching and communicating when he finds something he wants you to look at. Ripley is a well mannered pup and is currently enrolled in training classes. After all that learning, Ripley loves to snuggle up for a long nap!

Ripley has mastered walking nice on a leash without pulling. He LOVES being in the car, with no whining or barking. Ripley loves kids, and would do great in a family setting.
Ripley has some food allergies, but he has been doing great with his salmon and beef diet.
Ripley is learning more keywords like back, sit, stay, and wait. He is very food motivated with so much more to learn and is very eager to do so.
Ripley is kennel trained, if you need to work or go out during the
day. He roams around at night, sleeping mostly at the front door as it is cool.
Ripley is great with the resident cat and tries to play, even though the cat does not reciprocate the feeling.
Ripley is a big pup who loves tummy scratches, paw rubs and being outside. He would be a great active companion as he loves smelling the air and enjoying the freshness of it all. He loves chasing leaves and smells the grass.

When it is bedtime and the lights get turned off, no matter his mood, he knows and goes straight to bed. He will come and check on you throughout the night with a nose nudge and then if you say "go to bed" "go lay down" he will head back to bed.
