Rue is a sweet, goofy and energetic girl. She loves to play with her foster brothers, being very respectful of their boundaries and matching their play style. She was very good with the cats in her previous foster home. Rue is smart and enjoys her training sessions with her foster brothers. She is a little copy-cat, mimicking their actions and energy. Her love for cuddles creates a friendly competition for attention with her foster brothers. She also loves her toys, bones and food. She does get very big happy feelings when her foster mom gets home, so she likes to carry the nearest object around while wiggling around in greeting. -A very cute thing to see after a long day of work!- She is also very expressive and flexible, contorting into some entertaining positions while cuddling and playing.
Currently she’s learning leash manners, very rarely messes in the house, and is learning to adjust to kennel time.
Rue would do best in an home with a canine. Rue needs an active family that will take her for runs, give her lots of attention, and do light training to work her brain. Overall Rue is an incredibly well behaved girl and she would make a great addition to a loving home.
