Hi, my name is Leela. My foster mom named me after the one eyed character from Futurama because I am missing my left eye. But don't worry, that doesn't stop me from anything. I love to play with my dog friends. I have even learnt to be more gentle with my smaller foster sister, she is my nap partner when mom and dad are busy. I am full of energy but when you sit and relax I will join you. There is nothing better then cuddling on the couch with my humans. Especially if they are giving me head scratches! I am working on my manners. I sit for treats and am working on not jumping on people. But I love them so much that it is hard to remember. I am also working on sharing. Right now I eat in my kennel because I don't like to share and will eat mine, and everyone else's meal if I could. My favorite way to get food is in games. I love the challenge.
Although I love my foster family, i would really like to find my furever home. I need someone who will love me, give me lots of treats, likes long walks, and help me continue working on my manners. Also, needs to be an expert ear and belly scratcher!
