Koda is a handsome meatball looking for his family! He is a medium-low energy lovebug. Like a mastiff compacted, he is thick and strong but gentle and sweet. His ideal home would have a fenced yard with a doggy girlfriend to play with and a human who doesn't mind a teddy bear shadow. Koda has bonded quickly with his foster mom, always near by and sometimes underfoot. He wants to be with his people as much as possible. He loves hugs, belly rubs and affection. He walks great on leash and loves to explore with you.
Koda needs a home without cats or small dogs/animals as he does have a prey drive. He also needs a home that doesn't mind an extra towel by the water bowl as our boy does drool a bit. But those are truly his biggest "faults" and he more than makes up for it with how big he loves you.
If you're looking for your very own real life teddy bear, Koda would love to be yours.

Koda is available for adoption June 21, 2025 after he heals from his neuter but we are accepting applications now. Applications can be found on our website here.
