Jack came into care after being abandoned, he was very shy and timid but the second he met the kids in the home his tail started wagging, he is warming up and doing amazing. He does have some separation anxiety but it is getting better. He does not like to be in the yard without a human at this time and can jump a 4 foot fence if left alone in the yard. He loves to chill at the feet and follow around the house, washing dishes or just hanging out he will settle at your feet and just watch. He would be an amazing companion dog or family dog but would benefit from another family dog or frequent socializing. He will warm up to the kids or females in the home first and seems to be having a harder time with men, he’s nervous around new people but if they are patient and his human is close he will warm up. His accidents have been minimal and his recall is amazing, he will sit for treats.
