Gus is a very sweet and timid little boy who is improving and learning new things everyday. When Gus first came to us, he was very scared of both human and animal contact. Now he follows around our dog everywhere he goes and cries when no one is in sight. Gus is already going to the door when he has to go outside and is in the progress of learning to sit and lay down. He likes to wedge himself in tight places when sleeping, but is learning to not be so afraid of his kennel and is now sleeping throughout the night. We believe Gus will be best suited in a home with another dog present as he seems to have less anxiety when our Ruger is in sight. However, this little guy seems to adapt quickly and will follow around anyone who gives him lots of love!
